i know how to use those for class? im not much of a composer though i prefer singing whatever's given to me and making their songs shine with my voice though i wouldn't say no to learning a few basics with some instruments tbh

the piano's glamorous enough violin too but i know it'd be more difficult to get into than the keyboards
that said, i don't just sing for anybody if a piece doesn't work for me or if a single note sounds out of place i'd drop the entire thing on the spot luckily your stuff is passable for now, even if im not too big on that genre

woodwinds are compromised of flutes and reed pipes flutes are obvious, reed pipes are things like saxophones, harmonicas, clarinets... i think harmonica would suit you though it's fun to play and easy to learn but super easy to be bad at too
that's not the point, mitzy if i teach you anything then piano's the last thing on my list you have to find the instrument that you can make shine, not the other way around or do you just want things that only make you look, sound, and seem good when really you're nothing at all? makes sense with the whole "everything has to be perfect, nothing out of place" attitude
